Enrolment Process

Step 1:

Find a school or college that suits your family’s needs and reach out to them directly. The school or college will guide you through their specific enrolment procedures and provide all the information you need to make the right choice for your child.

For secondary colleges, group information sessions may be available to give you a comprehensive understanding of what the school offers. Attending these sessions is highly recommended for prospective parents and students.

Step 2:

Complete an application form for the chosen school or college. Note: other documentation will be required as indicated on the form or in the particular school’s enrolment material, including:

  • Birth certificate
  • Baptism certificate
  • School reports and other relevant school records
  • Immunisation and health records
Step 3:

Once an Enrolment Application Form is completed and submitted to the school or. College, they will contact parents to arrange next steps, including parent and student interviews, enrolment acceptances etc.


Enrolment Entitlement

Please note enrolment in a diocesan kindergarten, primary school, or secondary college does not guarantee entry to the next stage of education. Separate Enrolment Application Forms and completion of each enrolment process are required for each educational stage.

Fee Discounts
