Terms and Conditions

CENT School Tour Prize Draw 2025 

  1. Promoter: Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT), ABN 58 600 950 933, 17 Beaton Road, Berrimah, NT 0828. Contact media@nt.catholic.edu.au or (08) 8984 1400.
  2. Eligibility:
    • Entry is open to Northern Territory residents aged 18 or over who submit this booking form between 4 July 2025 and 19 November 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
    • To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must book a school tour and complete enrolment at a CENT school before 19 November 2025, verified by the school.

    • Currently enrolled parents, employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of CENT or its affiliated schools are ineligible.
    • Each family (parents/guardians of the same child/children) can only submit one entry.
  3. Entry:

Submission Instructions

  • In-Person: Submit this form at the CENT booth at Alice Springs Show Day, Royal Darwin Show Day, Little People Big Dreams Expo, or Teddy Bear Picnic. Place it in the secure ballot box provided.
  • Online: Scan the QR code at any of the booths or visit https://www.ceont.catholic.edu.au/catholic-schools/prize/ to complete the digital form.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email or call to confirm your submission. Complete your tour and enrol by 19 November 2025 to be eligible for the draw.

  1. Prize:
    • Five (5) prizes: Each winner receives a $1000 prize (e.g., school fee discount for 2026).

    • Total prize value: $5000.

    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods/services.

    • If the winner does not enrol a child at a CENT school for 2026, the prize is forfeited, and no alternative will be provided.

  2. Draw:
    • The draw will be held at 17 Beaton Road, Berrimah, NT 0828, on 28 November 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST.
    • The first five (5) valid entries drawn from the five (5) eligible entrants (those who completed a tour and have enrolled) win the prizes.
    • The winner will be notified by email and phone within 2 business days. Their first name and suburb will be published on https://www.ceont.catholic.edu.au/catholic-schools/prize/ and CENT’s social media, subject to consent.
  3. Prize Redemption:
    • Winners must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification.

    • The $1000 prize will be applied to the winner’s 2026 school fee account upon enrolment at a CENT school.

    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, an unclaimed prize draw will occur on 8 December 2025 at the same location and time, with the new winner notified within 2 business days.
  4. Privacy:
    • Personal information is collected in accordance with the privacy consent above.
    • Entrants may request access to or correction of their data by contacting media@nt.catholic.edu.au.
  5. General:
    • CENT may verify entries and disqualify non-compliant entries.
    • If unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw, CENT will notify entrants via ceont.catholic.edu.au and reschedule where possible.

    • CENT is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize redemption, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

    • By entering, participants agree to these terms and CENT’s decisions, which are final.
