CHC22015Qualification Details
This qualification relates to providing a first point of contact and assisting individuals in meeting their immediate needs. It is a great pathway for learners wishing to move into Early Childhood or support students in the classroom as an Education Support worker or work in the health sector. At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.

At the completion of the course, learners may have the option to move into a Cert III in the Community Services, Education, Early Childhood or Health fields.
