This qualification reflects the role of workers who assist teachers and support student learning in a range of classroom settings in a primary or secondary school in Australia.
It provides the opportunity for growth in confidence and competence while working in an education setting.
Career Pathways
At the completion of the course, learners may have the option to move into Cert IV in School Based Education or a qualification in teaching.
